Your enquiry

Sanctuary by Tasbourne collects the name, email address, optional phone number, nature of enquiry and any project details you choose to provide. We use these details to review your aspirations, respond personally and discuss a potential engagement. Optional project details are not required to receive a reply.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored through Lovable Cloud. Our website email service sends an acknowledgement and delivers your enquiry to enquiries@sanctuarybytasbourne.com.au, hosted by Google Workspace. Access is limited to handling your enquiry. Our hosting, storage and email providers may process information outside Australia. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed for the conversation, any resulting engagement and applicable legal obligations.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads helps us measure genuinely completed enquiries and optimise advertising. A successfully saved initial enquiry counts once as a conversion; the optional project brief is a separate progress event. Viewing a form or clicking a button does not count as an enquiry. No monetary value is assigned by our event code. Your name, email, phone and project answers are not sent to Google Ads for customer matching.

Your cookie choices

Advertising cookies are blocked until acceptance in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada, or when your region cannot be determined. Canada is treated conservatively because country detection cannot identify Quebec. Elsewhere ordinary measurement is enabled unless you reject it or an applicable opt-out is recorded. Select Cookie settings below to accept, reject or withdraw at any time; opening settings does not change your existing choice. Rejection stops new advertising events, and previously blocked events are not replayed.

We retain a pseudonymous visitor reference, each decision and its time, and the notice version shown. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained after withdrawal. Current notice (sanctuary-ads-v1):
